FAQ's - Sculpture Care & Maintenance
Our sculptures are designed to hold their beauty for years to come with little to no maintenance, however there are a few steps to keep them looking their best.
1. Choose a location away from drip lines, sprinklers or watershed from roofs as excessive water contact will leave calcium buildup and make the surface look hazy.
2. To restore the finish on polished surfaces you can apply a wax coating every 1-2 years. We use a product called Collinite No. 845 which is a Carnauba and Polymer wax sealant. This help repel moisture/contaminants and leaves a pristine shine.
3. Rusted surfaces will continue to develop and darken over the years. Scratches will disappear on their own but you can use products like diluted viniger and water to help it rust faster.
