ECHOES OF ORBIT

Echoes of Orbit draws inspiration from repetition, movement, and the unseen forces that shape objects in space. Polished stainless steel forms appear to push, pull, and respond to one another, creating a composition that suggests orbital paths and shifting gravitational relationships. Reflections move across the surface as the viewer changes position, allowing the sculpture to continually transform with its surroundings. Created by Colorado sculptor Ian Houghton, this contemporary stainless steel wall sculpture combines industrial fabrication with an organic sense of motion, exploring balance, compression, and the visual rhythm created when separate forms become part of a larger system.
